Return Policy
We want you to be informed about the item(s) you are purchasing. Prior to making a purchase, please be sure to ask any questions you might have about your order. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the item within 14 days of the delivery date. Please follow the following return policy for a refund or exchange.
For items damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately (No later than 2 days of the delivery date) for further instructions. To process the exchange or a return on damaged items you MUST keep the original box and all packaging.
Refused Shipments: Please note that any shipment Refused, unless authorized by us, will be subject to a 20% restock fee plus the original shipping cost.
Cancellation Policy: If we are able to cancel your order before it is produced and/or shipped, there is not a charge for the cancellation. If the order has already been processed or shipped, please follow our Return Policy.
Returns
Return Authorization: Please e-mail us at return@figurinesandhomethings.com. Include the Order Date, Product name, Reason for Return, your Name, Address and Telephone Number to receive authorization. Please Do Not ship any products until you receive an e-mail with return instructions! Unauthorized returns will NOT be accepted.
All items must be returned freight prepaid within 14 days of the delivery date . Returned items must be in the new, unused condition and in the original box with all parts, accessories and documentations. We recommend shipping your returns via insured mail for protection against lost or damage. If the returned merchandise is damaged by you or during return transport and/or incomplete or not resalable, we will not be able to accept the return or issue a refund. The original shipping cost is not refundable. If the item was subject to free shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. There is also a restocking charge of 20% of the purchase price for Non-defective products return. We will refund your order minus actual shipping costs and restocking fee.
Personalized item (s) can not be returned.
All products carry their respective manufacturer's warranty. After 14 days of the delivery date, we are not able to accept any return, we will assist you to contact the manufacturer for warranty repair or replacement.
Shipping & Handling
Orders are usually shipped via UPS / FedEx Ground or US Priority Mail unless otherwise specified. You can check your order status and track your order online by clicking the link in your confirmation email. Some small products may be shipped via USPS and may not have a tracking number.

Figurines and Home Things doesn’t store or even see any of your financial information. The only information that is stored on our SSL Secure Server is your Name, Address, Phone Number and Email Address. The financial information that you submit when making a purchase at Figurines and Home Things is all done through our third party credit card processing system.
